The ITE Group was founded in 1991 and now has 11 offices worldwide in UK, Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Germany, South African Republic, Libya, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine. The company organises over 160 professional trade events every year, many of which have become market leaders. All of measures differ the highest level of organization and are leading events in the proper industries of world economy.

The ITE Group is a member of the International Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), the Moscow International Business Association (MIBA) and Association of European Businesses (AEB). In 1998 ITE Group Plc got the reward of Queen of Great Britain of "The Queen's Award for Export Achievement" for development of export services.
