The law on tourism will be changed

In first reading Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has approved the draft of Law of Ukraine "On variation of Law of Ukraine" On Tourism " concerning obligatory categorisation of tourist infrastructure objects.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the decision of 231 votes among 392 deputies was registered in the assembly hall.

This draft law obligatery provides the categorisation of tourist infrastructure objects (hotels, catering, spa facilities, etc.). The draft law also prohibits the provision of services without a certificate of an established category.

How to install the appropriate category for hotels and other objects is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with law.
