During the visit of President of Ukraine to the People's Republic of China Viktor Yanukovich signed an agreement on financing the construction of passenger rail service Kiev - Boryspil International Airport and the construction of other infrastructure facilities at the airport up to $ 1 billion, told the head of the working group on preparation of national projects Vladislav Kaskiv, who is currently accompanying the President in China.
The Framework Agreement signed between the State Enterprise Boryspil International Airport and the China National Corporation of machine industry and general suborders (CMEC), gives Ukraine the opportunity to obtain debt financing of up to $ 1 billion and includes the construction of the railway road 8 km length from Kiev to Boryspil airport, the construction of four stations and the supply of railway electric train.

The Euro 2012 preparation campaign provides budget funding of 5 billion UAH for the airports in 2010. In particular, 337 million UAH intend to the development of Boryspil International Airport.
During the visit Viktor Yanukovych and PRC President Hu Jintao signed a joint declaration on friendship and cooperation between China and Ukraine. According to the President of Ukraine, until 2012 trade turnover between the two countries should grow to $ 10 billion.
