Premier Expo

Premier Expo has organised international exhibitions and conferences in Ukraine since 2000. The company is a part of ITE Group plc, the leading organiser of exhibitions in emerging markets. ITE was founded in 1991 in London, and the company now organises over 200 exhibitions and conferences every year in 15 countries. In 2011, ITE's exhibitions took up over 600,000m² of exhibition space in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, India, Turkey, and Uzbekistan. ITE has been listed on the London stock exchange since 1998.

Premier Expo's events stand out by their high level of organisation, making them some of the leading events in Ukraine in their respective sectors. Each one of them has enjoyed longstanding support from Government bodies and industry associations.

In December 2011, Premier Expo acquired Autoexpo, the organisers of several major exhibitions in the auto, oil and gas, transport and logistics, tourism, and construction industries. In April 2012, the company acquired the largest professional beauty industry shows in Ukraine: InterCHARM and Estet Beauty Expo. These recent acquisitions have helped Premier Expo to become the market leader in several new sectors.

Where do we organise exhibitions?

Premier Expo organises exhibitions at the leading exhibition venue in Ukraine - the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv. This modern venue has a total area of 66,500m², including three exhibition pavilions of 28,000m² each, parking facilities for 2,500 cars, and various other services for exhibitors and visitors.

There are plans in the future to create two exhibition pavilions of 12,000m² and a 2,400-seater congress centre.

Statistics from 2011

In 2011, Premier Expo organised 30 international B2B exhibitions and conferences - a fifth of the country's total number (according to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, 159 international exhibitions took place in 2011). Net floor space was 91,000m² - 11% of the total floor space of exhibitions in Kyiv.

A total of 2,710 companies exhibited at Premier Expo's events in 2011, which have the widest geographical range of any events in Ukraine with exhibitors from 65 countries. International companies on average make up 40 to 60% of all exhibitors.

129,000 people visited Premier Expo's events in 2011, and 89% of these were professionals of the industries covered by the events they attended.

In total, 26,000 companies have appeared at an exhibition at some point, and there have been 473,000 professional visitors from various economic sectors.
